REIMBURSEMENT/BILLING MANAGER- Education: bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred but experience with at least a high school degree with additional training and education in billing and coding will be considered in lieu of. This is a supervisory-level position in the organization with broad responsibilities.  Primary responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations of the department including all aspects of third-party and patient billing in a high volume environment.
Analyzing the accuracy of data entered and preparation for the claims process.
Coordinate communications with payers to ensure accurate billing practices, enhance reimbursement opportunities, achieve cash collection targets and reduce or maintain A/R. Processing claims and reconciling payments from third-parties.
Working through all barriers to successfully realizing payment on a claim.
Supervising a team of employees specializing in billing, data-entry, and auditing.

Psych Nurse needed to assist our Forensic FACT Team who is certified as a RN.  The ideal candidate should have exp. working in a psychiatric setting and be familiar with psychiatric meds and be willing to drive between Pinellas and Hillsborough counties to provide in-home services to clients.  These services include med management, injections, and other duties as assigned.  Must pass all background checks.  4-day work week.  Only those that meet minimum qualifications need apply.  https://home.eease.com/recruit/?id=450717

Catalyst Therapist - Master’s Degree and Licensure in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy, must have at least 3-5 years experience minimum. Licensed therapist to provide services for juvenile sexual offender treatment services.  Therapist must meet the requirements to practice juvenile sexual offender therapy by the Department of Juvenile Justice Section.

CCE Case Aide - High School diploma or GED Certificate. Experience in a social service agency and/or with elders is preferred.  Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented and computer competent a must.

Temp CCE Case Manager- Education: A four-year bachelor’s degree in social sciences or other related fields.  Other directly related education or experience may be substituted for all or some of these basic requirements upon approval of the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc.

Experience:  Prior case management experience is helpful but not necessary, as would be experience in working with the elderly. Meeting with clients to accurately and rapidly assess the client’s needs, limitations and abilities (within 72 hours of referral on APS high risk clients and CARES referrals), using form 701b, Comprehensive Assessment to determine specific program funding and services.

COP Access Clinician- Education: Master’s degree preferred, but Bachelor’s degree with several years experience in related field required. Experience: Skills required include basic counseling, case management, clinical documentation, and computer skills. Ensures program objectives are met by completing CGAS score and scaling score at Intake and completing a CGAS score for those clients in medication maintenance every six months.  Discussing with supervisor any client that is not meeting the program objectives.

Grant Writer - Bachelor’s Degree in public health, social science, or other related field. Experience: A related experience and proven track record in grant writing. Demonstrated program development, evaluation and budgeting experience is required as well as general knowledge of health care systems. The candidate must be proficient in research and analyzing diverse data and possess the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Part-Time Case Mgmt Aide- Education:  High School diploma or GED Certificate, Associates degree preferred. Experience in a social service agency and/or with elders is preferred.  Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented and computer competent a must. Assists Case Managers in implementing services as required on Uniform Care Plan including completing/faxing service authorization.

Records Analyst- Minimum qualification includes High School Grad or GED Certificate.  Must be able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions, write legibly, operate office machines, file accurately and keep records.  Six months of clerical/ customer service or related work experience required.  Busy, high stress office.  Must be able to adjust schedule to meet Company needs

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - (Adult and Children based programs) Graduation from an accredited ARNP program and a license as an ARNP, experience two years of clinical experience. Performs medication checks, evaluating needs for and appropriateness of medication, evaluating progress on medication and assessing presence of side effect. Completes documentations in a timely manner, and includes all pertinent information relating to clients and their care. Provide adequate education to clients so that they are able to provide fully informed consent for treatment.

Intensive Family Service Therapist-Education-  Masters Degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field . Licensure: Recommended, not required.  Experience: Recommended minimum two years of experience in the mental health field.  Must be strength based and resiliency based in approach.  Employee must be competent in working with diverse cultural backgrounds.  Employee must be competent in working with clients with a co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorder.

Family Support Worker II- Education- Bachelor’s Degree in Social-Work or Social services related field experience in childcare, home health aid, foster care or education. Primary responsibilities include: Provides supportive and educational services to families in time of stress, to prevent placement of children into substitute care. Act as liaison for and provide appropriate referrals to community resources.

Short-Term Case Manager- Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or human services. Experience: One year experience with the SPMI population. Primary responsibilities include: Must be able to understand and assist consumers with mild to severe mental illness. Providing consumers with short-term case management. Schedule required working on-site and in the community. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status.

Senior Child Protection Team Specialist - Master’s degree from an accredited graduate school in a human services field including clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be licensed/license eligible pursuant the provisions of Chapter 491, Florida Statutes as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist. Receives referrals from Protective Investigators and others.  Evaluate risks, needs for services, prepare paperwork and facilitate the team’s involvement. Interviews children, family members, and others. Maintain CPT client case files and closings. Participates in 24 hour on-call rotation including weekends.  Assist Program Manager in ensuring completed staff documentation, Supports promotes resiliency and strength-based services.

Sexual Assault Victim Exam Practitioner’s/Medical Assistant- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Medical Assistant Certification preferred. Must have knowledge of Microsoft applications and data entry skills, must have strong oral and written communications skills. Must demonstrate appreciation and ability to work with diverse populations and be committed to excellence and high ethical standards. Forensic Adult Case Manager- Education- A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or human services related field. Primary responsibilities include: Meets with 916 forensic clients to accurately and rapidly assess and document the client’s symptoms, diagnosis, and interventions, and assures that all program criteria are met for opening the case. Completes an accurate and up to date assessment, functional assessment and service plan within 30 days of the client’s case being opened, and every six months thereafter. IFS Therapist- Education: (Spanish speaking preferred) Master’s degree required in social work, family therapy or closely related field; may be licensed as a clinical social worker, family therapist or mental health counselor. Must be able to assist families struggling with multiple stressors.  Understanding of the special problems and treatment of consumers with mental illness and child welfare issues is essential.  Understanding of community resources and social support development is required.

Adult Targeted Case Manager- Education: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or a closely related field. Must be able to understand and assist consumers with mild to severe mental illness. Schedule required working on-site and in the community. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status.

COP Therapist- Education: A master's degree from and accredited graduate school of social work, psychology or closely related field.  License eligible required.  Licensed preferred. Significant experience with target population, using brief solution focused or other strength based therapies. Employs solution-oriented strategies of intervention that are consistent with best practice principles, uses respectful and competency-based words and actions with clients and families, discusses cases appropriately with supervisor and at staffings, uses live supervision, maintains excellence in clinical practice.

Manager, Intensive Services- Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be licensed pursuant the provisions of Chapter 491, Florida Statutes as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist. Oversees and directs the development of policies and procedures for assigned programs to ensure quality care and compliance with funder/payer and accreditation body.  Supervises, is accessible to and provides direction to staff.  Provides leadership and guidance to staff through appropriate utilization and implementation of the policies and procedures.  Ensures the programs are operating according to funding, licensing and accreditation guidelines.  Monitors documentation compliance with internal procedures, contract requirements, payer requirements, accrediting standards, and Florida Statutes and Administrative Rules.

Early Childhood Therapist- Education:  Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure:  Licensed or registered intern pursuing licensure pursuant the provisions of Chapter 491, Florida Statutes as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist. Experience:  Minimum of two years direct experience providing therapeutic interventions to young children and families.  Experience in crisis intervention, knowledge regarding the effects of violence on children, evidenced based interventions, and a background in early childhood education/development is desirable.

Healthy Families Advocate- Education:  Masters degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (licensed preferred)
Must be in the process of completing requirements for licensure in the field (LMHC, LCSW).
Experience: Minimum of two years experience in the social or human service field, working with agencies/organizations within Pinellas County.
Experience in training and staff development.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Must demonstrate an appreciation of and the ability to work with diverse populations.
Ability to travel within the SCI service delivery area.
Primary responsibilities include:
This position will work in concert with Family Support Workers and Field Supervisors to provide in-home counseling to those high risk families who are assessed and referred for counseling after Healthy Families assessment.  This position is also responsible for the development and provision of training for Family Support Workers in how to work with overburdened families; those defined as high risk for child abuse and neglect.  Responsible for the development of community-based resources to which families are referred.

Floor Technician- Education: High School Grad or GED preferred. Must have a valid Drivers license with two years experience. Primary responsibilities include:  scrub, shine, clean and repair carpeted and noncarpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals. This job includes moving large furniture and objects and following safety guidelines to prevent injury to themselves and others. (Third Shift position must be a self starter and able to work alone without supervision)

Trauma Services / Rape Crisis advocate- Education:  Master’s degree in counseling or related field; Registered Intern or Licensed status. Licensure:  LCSW, LMHC, LMFC.
This position is responsible for providing counseling to primary and secondary victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment.  Advocates on behalf of victims/survivors of sexual assault through crisis intervention, SAVE/after clinic, volunteer training, and community involvement .to ensure organizational excellence.
Provides crisis intervention, support groups and individual counseling to primary and secondary survivors of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
